Welcome to BetterBidding!

Yes, Union Square East is generally considered to be centrally located and a good place to stay.

Best guess/comments for each of the above:

4* Union Square East $120

FULL AMENITIES: Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Business center

==> not 100% certain but the Stanford Court San Francisco would be my best guess for this one

4* Union Square East $159

==> InterContinental Mark Hopkins has previous been seen with this amenity set so that would be our guess here, although you can't rule out the Sir Francis Drake as a possibility as well

4* Union Square East $153

FULL AMENITIES: Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access

==> San Francisco Marriott Union Square

You could also consider (confirm your dates on the landing page of the provided link):

4* Union Square East - Nob Hill for $126
Pets Allowed
Business Center
Restaurant
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
==> best guess here would be the Kimpton Sir Francis Drake Hotel

Thank you. The GF wanted to spend less just bit the bullet and went with this one:

3-star Hotel in Union Square East area

FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Near beach, Smoke-free rooms, Restaurant(s), Internet access, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible parking

Ended up getting the Chancellor Hotel on Union Square, if that helps someone later.
