Very happy with the win; have stayed here before numerous times. As always, the hotel lists here for Name Your Own Price and Express Deals were very helpful for narrowing down location and bidding strategy. Looks like the same hotel is listed on Express Deal for CAD122/night. I used the PRICELINE link here to book.
