I was hoping for the Marriott Stellaris or La Concha. Max budget would be $200/night.

My guess is that this HOTWIRE may be the La Concha Renaissance.

 

... or you could book it thru the retail side for $191 which is still within your budget and you would know exactly what it is that you will be receiving.
