Then this is not a very good deal. I could book it on a regular site for $ 15 more.

I am going to book a hotel with my Avios from British Airways this time.

There is less margin in a $75/nite hotel room than a $200/nite hotel room, so it can be difficult for hotels to offer a very big dollar discount on a lower priced hotel room and still cover their fixed costs... although the discount above is still 25%, which on a hotel room that regularly costs $200/nite would offer more substantial savings (in dollar terms)
