I am concerned to buy this due to Renaissance under construction and many complaints on that. Rating is 9+ Regular 249 down to 169 Downtown Bed Choice Available February 12-15

I'm seeing the Renaissance Charleston currently listed as a 4*, so it would not be a possibility here in that case. Would the above possibility be of interest?
