thereuare
I'm assuming it's the (Galleria - Dallas North) zone you need to be in? Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment

thereuare
One more question... what is more important: Priceline or Star Rating? (would you rather pay more for a 4* hotel or less for a 3* property?) we4intx
Looking for best value. Would prefer 4* hotel at best rate and compare with a strong 3*. For example, would probably consider a 4* at $80 vs. a 3* at $65. Also, if I can select my 4* and/or 3* at these types of rates and stay where I prefer, that would be best. I am not locked into using Priceline. Link to comment
thereuare
I think i'm now more confused than i was before :) Here's the bottomline...There is a 4* on Hotwire for $60 for which our best guess is the Hilton, Omni, or Inter-Continental. There is a 3.5* for $56 for which our best guess is the Doubletree or the Wyndham.Do you want to go with one of the above or go with Priceline? we4intx
Sorry for confusion....for xtra $4 would go with the 4* chance. Any experience on 4* at less $ thru Priceline? Link to comment
thereuare
At the 4* level you have eight re-bid zones available. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding. This is how i would bid:Select 4* Galleria-North...Bid $40, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $43, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $46, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $48, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $50, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $53, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $56, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $58, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $60.Any questions feel free to ask.Good Luck and let us know how it goes.
