troutpujols
Hi All!! Looking for some advice.... not sure whether it is Palazzo or Venetian. HOTWIRE website states last person got Palazzo... Thank you! Amenities: Free parking, Resort, Suite, Casino, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Spa services, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower Link to comment
troutpujols
Only worry is that the Hotwire states resort fees are $36 per day. As far as I looked up it was $46 for both Venetian and Palazzo. Does this matter? Link to comment
thereuare
The resort fees change so often in Vegas that HOTWIRE can often not keep up... this inconsistency wouldn't change my guess. And in fact i just had another look at this listing and it shows that the resort fee is $32 per room per nite for this property (does it show as $32 or $36 on the HOTWIRE you're seeing??)... and none of the 5* casino hotels that i'm aware of currently charge $32 (consistent with my comment above, they have all increased to more than this) Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. troutpujols
Okay thank you! So does that mean I will be charged more for the resort fee at the hotel therefore Hotwire is underestimating total due? Also do you have a guess as what the hotel would be? Link to comment
thereuare
Wooops, sorry, i thought i had replied above with my thoughts on the hotel, guess i did not (although i did research it at the time of my previous post)... 5* North Strip - Fashion Show Mall for $204.00 Free Parking Resort Suite Casino Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Laundry Hi-Speed Internet Spa Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> from the Hotwire Hotel List this matches previous reports for the Palazzo so that would be my best guess for this one Resort fees (if any) are paid directly to the hotel and you will most likely need to pay the current amount, which is the same that is charged to all guests regardless of how the hotel is booked. I forget where i was, but i recall once the resort fee had changed between the time of my booking and the time of my stay and i only had to pay the lesser amount that was in effect at the time of my booking (i didn't even have to ask for the lower rate, i was told that i was being charged the previous amount). troutpujols
Thank you!! Can you please help on this hotel as well? 4.5* Center strip 5/20-5/22 $291 / Off from $384 Free parking, Free Internet, Resort, Pet friendly, Casino, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Golf nearby, Spa services, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower Likely Caesars Palace? thereuare
At first glance Caesars or the Cromwell come to mind, but i didn't purchase researching it any further since i don't think either of these are better than the guessed Palazzo... and certainly not at 50% higher cost. Would either of these actually be your preference over the guessed Palazzo? troutpujols
Thank you! I'd prefer Palazzo, but my sister insists because of the location being "far." She wants a center strip location. I am seeing the $294, 5 star option being Aria. Any recommendations based on your findings? She prefers locations close to center strip with 5 stars. thereuare
Well, at least i'm correct that the 4.5* isn't an option and not worth taking the time to research/pursue. What are the full details/description of the 5 star?
