Parking in the Jessie Square garage next door is in the range of $30 overnight.  A much better option for travelers who don't need in/out privileges. 

Also, the streetcar stop is almost in front of the hotel.  A very fun and cheap way to travel to/from other parts of downtown and the wharf.

This hotel charges a $32/night facilities fee, making it not such a great value, IMO. I almost booked it and glad I read the fine print.
