I was hoping for something a bit closer to Notre Dame as Villa Beaumarchais is a bit of a walk. There is another 4* hotel in the same area with the amenities below at $122/night for the same dates April 7-10, 2017.

and there is a 3* for $83 a night with the amenities below. Can you help with identifying both these hotels?

I would caution against a 3* hotel in this area unless it showed excellent reviews as star ratings in Europe are a bit more generous than their US counterparts... the above could be more like a 2* or 2.5* property.
