Under bid the $97 Priceline Express for what I believe is the same, and got it.  Amenities listed:

 

Pets Allowed

Business Center

Restaurant

No Smoking Rooms/Facilities

 

Listed rate was $175, but Kimpton direct at a Last Minute Deal for $115, and since they have fewer taxes/fees, it wasn't a big savings - but still good, but you don't get a bed choice via Priceline.
