Please help identify Disney Lake Buena Vista East $81

 No Smoking Rooms/Facilities

 

Bed choice is all with sofa beds so I am thinking it is Sheraton Vistana Resorts but it says there is a mandatory fees of $44.88 for 2 nights so I am not sure. When I directly go to Sheraton website this hotel does not charge resort fees. So I am confused.
