mnfl Posted November 12, 2016 Report Posted November 12, 2016 4 star hotel for Key West-Old Town, Florida for Dec 19-20, express rate of 140 but then $30 are added in that says 'fees to be paid at hotel.' does the hotel actually charge those fees? what are the fees for.
