Best guess for the first property (South Beach) would be the Shelborne Wyndham Grand South Beach. For the second HOTWIRE property (Fort Lauderdale Beach), as per the Hotwire Hotel List this property matches previous reports for the W Fort Lauderdale, so that would be our best guess for this one.
