TravelGeek
Hi guys, You were extremely helpful with me on a recent trip to San Fran...thank you for that. I'm looking to spend Christmas in Vegas and would like a hand ID'ing a hotel. Priceline Express Deals has a 5* on the South Strip (12/22 - 12/26) available for $86. That seems like a mighty good deal. It offers - restaurant, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, casino (no kidding) and no-smoking. And now for a really good general vague question...if I have the time to spend, is it "really" worth it to bid on a room? Will I actually save money based on either the express deals or just booking direct? Thanks in advance for all help past and future :o) Link to comment
thereuare
Confirm your dates on the landing page, but for this 5* Las Vegas Strip South for $86 Restaurant Indoor or Outdoor Pool Casino Fitness Center No Smoking Rooms/Facilities ==> my best guess would be The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Autograph Collection You could try bidding for a lower price (you may see some slight additional savings), but you would then need to be willing to accept any hotel in the zone and not have the ability to guess/target what it is that you may receive. So for example, would something like The Vdara (which does not have a casino) or the Four Season (inside Mandalay Bay at the southern end of the Strip) be acceptable outcomes? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know if you take the offer above and how it goes, or if you'd like to try bidding and we will suggest a strategy for you to follow.
