Unfortunately with so many 3* hotels in this area i don't have any insight into the PRICELINE EXPRESS offer above.

 

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

 

What is your maximum budget for this trip? (per nite before taxes/fees)?  Is this the zone you need or were you only attracted to this area based upon price?

We hope to control the budget within $250 total...if not..$300 max. Not necessary that zone. Any zone closer to attractions with easy access to CDG will be ideal.

Is easy access to CDG really a main priority?  If there is a deal on a hotel that is well located for the average tourist, but doesn't have direct access to CDG, should that property be excluded?  Unless you have reason to travel back-and-forth a few times to CDG during your trip, i always recommend not worrying so much about access to the airport, as you can always figure that part out... instead focus on the best location for seeing, exploring, and experiencing Paris, since that is really what your trip is likely about; not making sure that your trip to the airport for arrival/departure is as close as possible.

 

A well located and comfortable hotel can make or break your trip... a slightly longer ride to/from the airport isn't going to effect the memories you have when you look back upon your visit.

We chose the 3* for $47/night at Eiffel Tower-7th district instead and it's "ibis Paris Tour Eiffel".

I see these two properties with similar names to the one you received:
Ibis Styles Paris Eiffel Cambronne at 166 Boulevard De Grenelle

and

Ibis Paris Tour Eiffel Cambronne 15eme at 2 Rue Cambronne

==> HOWEVER, both of these appear to be in HOTWIRE's Porte de Versailles
