That's what you get during NYC high season.  This is the best I can do, not an ideal zone for my need but public transportation is everywhere.  Hope this helps.

While not the location you'd hoped for, certainly a really nice win for this property during a traditionally busy period of the year (and the Marathon is a day after on the 6th.)
