Tried NYOP price up to $97 with no success, so I took the easy route and went with PRICELINE EXPRESS at $102. This is about the lowest I've gotten this hotel for, even in the dead of winter. Retail rates were $130. Please note that the Intercontinental is now a 4.5* on PRICELINE. Amenity List: Pets Allowed (Pets Policy: The hotel has a pet friendly policy and welcomes all pets under 50 pounds.
