Hotwire Hotel: Downtown Charleston Hotel help 2/24-2/26

I am looking to find a charleston hotel in the downtown/historic district for the weekend of 2/24-2/26.

I have tried bidding for both a 3 star and 4 star for that weekend on priceline with no sucess. I bid up to $120/night for the 3 star and $130 for the 4* and failed. I have not attempted any 2.5 stars on priceline as I did not see any pinned hotels for hotwire or priceline at 2.5*. Any reccomendations?

Here is what I found on hotwire.

Hotwire has a 3* for 179. Too expensive for me.

Hotwire has a 2.5 star for $110/night. Any thoughts on what this hotel might be?

Also, do you know if all the hotels in downtown are in safe areas and within walking distance of the attractions in downtown?

Unfortunately this hotel has not yet been identified, and with just those two amenities, i don't think it's possible to gain much insight.
