IT'S BACK... get notified when Rates Drop!!   03/19/2018

Our newest development, RateDrop.com will monitor hotel prices for your specific dates and notify you if the Rate Drops!   Monitor hotel prices from both PRICELINE EXPRESS and HOTWIRE, as well as 'regular' retail hotel rates, based upon the specific criteria you choose.   While the benefits of tracking rates from Priceline and Hotwire are obvious, another use is to purchase a refundable hotel rate using RefundableRates.com and then also set an alert for that specific hotel u

What kind of prices to expect for 3 to 4 star LIC compared to Manhatten?

Is LIC a good discount alternative to Manhatten?

We are thinking maybe $75/night but are a bit flexible.

Thanks.

Welcome to BetterBidding!

This is peak season in NYC and while LIC is less expensive than Manhattan... this time of year it's not sub-$100.

At current rates a 3* LIC hotel will likely run you about $150/nite... whereas something centrally located in Manhattan will run you about $175-$200/nite, although there is this:

3* Upper West Side for $169
Business Center
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities

==> best guess for this offer would be the Astor on the Park, should this work for your needs

Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.

Let us know your thoughts and how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there.
