My husband and me are looking at hotwire hotel to stay in NYC in april. We want to stay in a place where we can just use the subway. Hotel located in Manhattan, close to 5th Avenue, rockefeller center and times square. Look at this:

We are programming us to go in April 20 to 27. We plan to spend around $ 180 per night.

Yes. I'm researching because the prices can be better when closed early

The amenities above are very common for a NYC hotel... my best guess for this one would be the Riu Plaza New York Times Square.

 

Although not in Times Square, you may also want to consider this 4* Empire State Building hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $161/nite with:

Pets Allowed
Fitness Center
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
==> best guess here would be the St. Giles - The Tuscany which gets excellent reviews and is a 4-5 block walk to Grand Central Station
