80% approval rate. 

 

Incidentially there is no 2.5* hotel listed in the hotel list for North Scottsdale;

What property could this be?

 

2) Another 2.5* @ $55 just turned up, with the following ammenities:

 

"Free parking, Free breakfast, Free Internet, Pet friendly, Smoke-free rooms, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Kitchenette"

 

The big difference here vs 1) above seems to be the Kitchenette.
