A guess for this would be a new amenity set for the Holiday Inn Times Square, but these amenities are common.

 

That said, there's a 4.5* in Times Square South on HOTWIRE for $185 w/Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness, Complimentary Breakfast, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Childrens Activities. Given the addition of breakfast and a full star rating higher, this would seem to be an appealing value for a bit less than $10 more per night.
