i need a 5* hotel room for 3 people on october 7 until october 9.

these are the offers i got on priceline:

NOTE that all PRICELINE reservations (whether thru bidding or PRICELINE EXPRESS) go thru as double occupancy, so you will need to pick a hotel that shows a 'Bed Choice' option to minimize the chance of having a room that only has one bed (and even then may be a good idea to only have one/two people go to the desk at check-in since many Vegas hotels now charge more for anything over double occupancy)

 

With the above noted, best guess for the first PRICELINE EXPRESS property above (Strip North) would be the Wynn Las Vegas... while my guess for the second property (Strip South... confirm your dates on the landing page) would be the Vdara Hotel and Spa at Aria Las Vegas.

if i purchase a 1 bedroom via priceline express deals, can i then upgrade or change my reservation for 2 beds? anyone knows?

If you purchase a one bedroom via a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal with bed choice, I would expect that you are likely locked into that choice. You can ask the hotel if you can pay to upgrade, but the hotel may charge more or say no. Depends on dates/availability, the hotel and possibly who you talk to.
