Hi Thereuare! Thanks so much for your reply. Yes, this would definitely work. Its a pretty good deal considering the going rate. I checked the other 5 star properties in Soho on these dates and they are either more expensive or not available. 

 

Do you have any ideas what the other possibilities would be if it isn't 11 Howard? Smyth perhaps?

... are some other 5* hotels in this zone and would all be among the possibilities (given how common and non-descript the amenities provided are), but i think the 11 Howard is the most likely for the one above

 

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
