Hotwire Hotel: Quebec City

We wanted to stay at the Fairmont hotel in Quebec City, which is 4.5 stars. It is about $400 per night. It seems to be the only 4.5 star hotel on your hotel list in Quebec City. We saw a hotrate for a 4.5 hotel with a %100 satisfaction, pool, spa, internet, gym and we were wondering if that would be the Fairmont, since there are no other 4.5 stars on your list. It's price is $222 per night. Am I correct in thinking that it is for the Fairmont Quebec? Thank you.
