Hotwire Hotel: 4 star Chicago Navy Pier Millenium Park

Hotwire has a 4 star Chicago Navy Pier Millenium Park with business center, restaurant, and smoke free room on 9/9 - 9/10 for $111.  This hotel has a 95% recommended rating.  I can't figure out this hotel since no 4 star with the listed amenities in this area seems to have a 95% rating.  I don't think this is a boutique hotel since it does not list boutique and it also has many reviews, 1955 total.  Help please.

Most Likely Hyatt Regency Chicago. We got that couple of days ago with same description.
