Congrats on the hotel... I'm looking for same night and have never bid in Pittsburgh area before. If you're bidding for  4* downtown Pittsburgh what are the zones that you included. It's been a couple of years since I've used Priceline. Thanks!

Please follow-up your previous Priceline Buffalo hotel thread with whatever you ended up doing for that trip (maybe another user was looking for the same dates as you can could have been helped by knowing your results, just as you have been helped by Dantart's post above)

 

There is no assurance that you will get the same hotel as the OP, but given that the user above says s/he used re-bid zones when bidding, if you're trying to target this same property why not just bid the same $74 for a 4* hotel in the Downtown zone?  If you're looking for some other approach, or have a win to report, please start a NEW TOPIC.
