Priceline Hotel: Looking for NYC 3.5* or 4*

Looking for a 3.5 or 4* hotel in NYC for 1 night (September 10th) in NYC.  Would prefer to be on the west side of town - anywhere from Wall Street to the Upper West Side under $200.  I see a 4* PRICELINE EXPRESS deal in the Wall Street area for $186, but unsure if this is a good deal. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

There's also a 4.5* PRICELINE EXPRESS for Downtown-Wall Street  for $194 with Pets Allowed, Business Center, Free Internet, Fitness Center.

==> Holiday Inn Manhattan Financial District would be my best guess for this one

 

4.5* Downtown - Wall St for $194/nite with:

Pets Allowed
Business Center
Free Internet
Fitness Center
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities

==> best guess for this one would be the W New York Downtown
