Hotwire Hotel: Virgin Chicago

I will be in Chicago October 1-4 and stayed at Virgin Chicago last year and loved it.  After reading the boards, I am thinking this Navy Pier-Millennium Park 4.5 star 95% recommended hotel with free internet, fitness center, restaurant(s), business center, spa services  is them for $164/night.  Is this a good price or will it drop lower? It is listed as 30% off. 

 

I am also open to staying at other places if anyone has other recommendations.  Something on the trendy/hip side and at least 4 stars is preferred.
