collects.junk
Beware--the star rating system for London hotels can be deceptive, the hotel won does not have the amenities one would expect for a 4*. Bidding price was much higher than direct booking price ($62), even though research and comps suggested $80 bid was very unlikely to be accepted. Although I have used the NYOP PRICELINE tool many times, and never had a problem, I did request and receive a cancellation of this bid from PRICELINE customer service, as the hotel was rated a 3.5* on almost every competing website.
