becket Posted February 9, 2006 Report Share Posted February 9, 2006 Booked on Jan 28.Even though the visit has passed, I post this because of confusion about amenities:Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, BusinessCrowne Plaza had been listed as having Laundry (it included Laundry when I booked there 2 weeks earlier), so I thought I would get the Doubletree. Could the Crowne Plaza be tricking us by listing its rooms two different ways? You may want to note this on your "pinned" list.A new contributor thanks you for a great service! Link to comment
thereuare Posted February 9, 2006 Report Share Posted February 9, 2006 Thank you for the update.We have made a note in our HOTWIRE HOTEL LIST to reflect the inconsistency above.It is possible that they are using two different set of amenities, it is also possible that the laudry area was closed for a week (or other period of time) for cleaning, replacement, or some other maintenance function, and the Laundry icon was removed for that period of time.We'll have more insight as time progresses.
