This hotel is $150 on their site, or $142 senior rate, so not a huge discount.  

Bid 1:  $110  Tx tech area 4*

Bid 2:  $116 + Lubbock South

Bid 3:  $125 + Lubbock Southwest

Bid 4:  $106 same areas, + 3.5*

Bid 5:  $120 + Wolfforth  (winning bid)

 

I used the list of winning bids on the PRICELINE site as a starting point, but I had to bid higher.  Probably due to kids going back to school at Texas Tech.
