Hi, I need help identifying this 3.5 star south beach -ocean drive hotel for 9/2-9-5 $100 a night amenities are free internet, restaurant and no smoking facilities.  Also a mandatory $45 fee to the hotel.

Hi, I got the Breakwater hotel for $137 a night with a $66 resort fee
