Priceline Hotel: 4* Boston (Boston Common) 8/4-8/5

I am trying to get a deal on this one night at the Revere as this is where we are staying for the rest of the weekend.  Looking for some feedback, I think the 4* showing up in express deals is the Hyatt, not the Revere.  Same with the $194 hotel on Hotwire...

I am seeing a 4* on HOTWIRE in the Boston Common-Theater District for $234 w/Boutique, Restaurant, Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Tennis, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Roll-in Shower, Pet Friendly.
