Gary Aniston Posted July 30, 2016 Report Posted July 30, 2016 I am trying to book a hotel North of strip. Would like 5 star if possible, hopefully Palazzo or Venetian. Hoping to get it for $100/night by bidding on PRICELINE. I want to avoid getting the Trump hotel- Is there any way to accomplish this? Thanks.
thereuare Posted July 30, 2016 Report Posted July 30, 2016 Welcome to BetterBidding! There is no way to target, or avoid, a specific property when bidding on PRICELINE, and therefore no way to avoid the Trump if you're bids include the Strip North zone. If you're hoping to avoid the Trump you will need to use PRICELINE EXPRESS or HOTWIRE and choose a property with a Casino amenity listed (since the Trump does not have a casino you can therefore conclude that the property being offered in not the Trump) However, i will add that you're $100 budget is not likely realistic for these dates, which include a Saturday nite. If only bidding the Strip North zone, at current rates you will more likely need to be in the $150-$165 range. Gary Aniston Posted July 30, 2016 Author Report Posted July 30, 2016 Thank you. I see a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for $144/night for a 5 star hotel on those nights with 9+ rating and the following amenities: Amenities: Business Center, Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Casino, Gym/Spa, Non-Smoking Any ideas on what this may be?
thereuare Posted July 31, 2016 Report Posted July 31, 2016 The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino would be my best guess for the PRICELINE EXPRESS offer above.
