They stated 95% satisfaction as well, but I'm not sure that's a reliable tracking mechanism.

I "won" this hotel on 10/10/17 and Hotwire stated a 80% satisfaction

The percent recommendations can certainly change over time as HOTWIRE receives more information from guests who fill out their feedback sheet, but historically this is a very poor indicator to use in trying to identify hotels as we have seen this figure change from one search to the next even for the same hotel!
