Priceline Hotel: 5-Star Express Priceline in Chelsea?

In the Hotel lists for PRICELINE, I didn't see a 5-star for Chelsea. When I use the PRICELINE EXPRESS, I am seeing a 5-star hotel for $204/night. I was curious what hotel that might be.

Best guess for this 5* Chelse hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) with the amenity set above would be The NoMad Hotel, but i'm not 100% certain.

 

I'm very familiar with NYC, is there something in particular that you're looking for in a hotel for this trip (if you need a bit more certainty than our guess provides)?  What is your maximum budget (per nite before taxes/fees)?  Is only the Chelsea zone acceptable or are you willing to stay in other areas of the city?

I'd be willing to spend up to $250/night. Obviously, would like to stay in as nice a place as possible. We would be open to anywhere south of Central Park and north of 14th.
