The 3.5* North has not yet been ID"d/reported, but my guess is that it's the Sheraton with a slightly different amenity set (addition of boutique.) The 3.5* South has not yet been ID'd/reported - unfortunately no guess.

I had a look at of these this morning as well...

 

While the Sheraton is a valid possibility for the Maingate North property, i will add the Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel as a likely candidate for this one as well.

 

For the Maingate South property my guess would be the Anabella hotel.
