Negotiation on Hold Error for 2 Weeks

I have been trying to book a minivan or SUV from BWI (Baltimore) from 8/23-8/29 and for the last two weeks, Priceline keeps telling me "Negotiation on Hold". When chatting with customer service, they didn't tell me much, but it seemed as though he was telling me there weren't really any cars available at that location on those dates. My bids are reasonable ($30/day), so I'm wondering if anyone else has come across this issue or can provide some advice. Thanks.

Are you getting an actual error message and your bid is still active OR a negotiation on hold message that PRICELINE could not find any cars and your bid is no longer active (and if you wanted them to look again you would need to submit another bid)?


What type of SUV are you bidding for (Midsize, Standard, or Full)
