I am looking on booking a hotel for 7/16-7/17. On Hotwire there is a 3.5-star Boutique Hotel in Downtown East - University of Minnesota area for $107. Do you have an idea on what hotel this might be?

Yes, it's in the western most edge of the HOTWIRE Downtown East zone. (you can see the hotel's location on the map here: Renaissance at the Depot)
