lisa4748
Hi, I recently booked (via hotrate) for 3 rooms and ended up with the Loews Madison for 6 adults, 3 children. The rooms would be 2A2C, 2A1C, 2A for a total of 9 guests. Afterwards I was reviewing some reviews and realized that the hotel was giving people with 3 or 4 guests a king and then charging $25 for a roll away. I called the hotel to determine what rooms were assigned and of course they were king rooms. I was skeptical for even booking on hotwire and called customer service before booking. He promised that the booking would have to accommodate the number of guests we reserved for. The payment page also said that all guests would be accommodated. The hotel will not guarantee me or HOTWIRE customer service a double, we both already called. I was on the phone with hotwire for almost an hour, and they are pretty much saying I agreed to this and the hotel will give me a roll away for an additional $25. Ok, so I need 2 roll aways for 2 nights? I feel that hotwire is not meeting their agreement here. Thoughts or tips on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Lisa Link to comment
