Many free re-bid zones in Ottawa on a 4* so I tried working my way up as below: $78, $82, $85, $88, and then finally was accepted at $91(CAD). PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal was $98 at the time so a decent saving over that. Rack rate is around $200 a night and the location is great for hitting all the Ottawa tourist spots. Link to comment
