MCO 7/14-7/23 Mid-size bidding help

MCO from 7am 7/14 to 7pm 7/23

Will be only two people in the car, and most of time we will in the theme parks 

We are still debating if we should get a car? just just choose uber? 

if yes, how much should I bid for?

At the moment rates are high for these dates, but assuming you're wiling to take the smallest vehicle, you're currently likely looking at about $350-$400 all-in for the complete trip.

 

While a car is an added expense in this area (not sure where you're staying but possible hotel parking fee, charge to park at the amusement parks, etc) i find it a worthwhile convenience.  Come and go as you please, not stuck at the hotel (or the immediate area) for meals, not waste time waiting for a taxi/uber, not to mention the typically high cost to get from the airport to the hotel area.
