djmagid Posted June 25, 2016 Report Posted June 25, 2016 We bid on a 4-star Hotel in Opfikon - Kloten - Airport (ZRH) area reported to have a 90% satisfaction rating. We were surprised when we were told we had matched with the Park Inn Zurich Airport in Switzerland as this has a 86% satisfaction rate on the HOTWIRE site. We feel this was falsely advertised. Can we request a refund?

This information is available under the trip information in your HOTWIRE account. In terms of the 90% vs 86% (which are still awfully close), if you are looking at the regular rate side of HOTWIRE, that side is powered by Expedia, which is a different service with different customer reviews/ratings %.
