I'm going to London with my 5 year old child. 

 

Was thinking about trying out Hotwire, but are a bit unsure what to expect. 

 

Have chosen area Westminster - Victoria - Big Ben

4 star hotel 

15th-18th October 

172 $ (approximately, converted from NOK)

 

 

Amenities 

free internet, free breakfast, fitness center and self service laundry. 

 

Says it's at "hot rate"

all suites hotel 

90% recommended and marked as "favorite"

 

was as looking for a bit cheaper, but if it's a good hotel it might be worth it.

I ended up booking a hotel through normal site. I chickened out because I'm going with my son and really want to be close to Victoria station. 

 

But it will definitely try Hotwire when I'm more flexible on the area. 

 

I checked the 90% or more satisfied box, that's probably the reason for few choices.
