The 3* has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. The 4.5* has not yet been ID'd/reported, but my guess would be that the Green Valley Resort has been upgraded to 4.5* since last reported to the board.

I agree with AaronJB's guess of the Green Valley Ranch likely having been upgraded to the 4.5*... for the 3* my guess would be the Homewood Suites by Hilton Henderson South Las Vegas (with a less likely, but still possible, chance of the Hampton Inn and Suites Las Vegas South)
