justmuckit
Looking at two properties in the River North area. I believe this one is the Hotel Palomar: $116 - 4.5* - 95% recommended Amenities: Boutique, Smoke Free, Fitness, Restaurant, Business, Internet Unsure of this one: $107 - 4.5* 95% recommended Amenities: Free Internet, Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower Any chance this is the James? (edit: maybe the Dana has upgraded to 4.5*?) And which is the better property? We've stayed at the Palomar before and enjoyed it, but always open to trying new places. Thanks for your help! justmuckit
Any ideas on what the 1st one might be if not Palomar? It matches the amenities exactly. Thanks for your help! Link to comment

I know the amenities match... but the Palomar has a TA rating higher than 4.0 which is what the HOTWIRE offer above indicates. justmuckit
Jumped on a new listing that just popped up. 4.5* Magnificent Mile/Water Tower $98 FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access Ended up getting The Gwen. Pretty happy with that, considering I'm paying $230 for 2 nights including tax, and the non-opaque section of Hotwire is asking $299 a night. Link to comment
