Priceline Hotel: Help identifying Priceline Express deal - Chicago

Looking for a room in downtown Chicago between 8/30 and 9/2. Priceline Express deals is offering a 4* in the Millenium Park/Loop/Grant Park Area.

Amenities: Pets Allowed/Restaurant/Business Center/Fitness Center. Property is rated 9.0 or higher.

I'm guessing this is the Hotel Monaco, which would be an outstanding deal on that property. Am I on the right track, or are there other hotels in that zone that allow pets?

Express deals are new and very few details have been reported to the board at all. Several hotels in the Millennium Park-Loop-Grant Park area allow pets at the 4* level - the Burnham, Fairmont, Monaco, Hilton, Palmer and Hard Rock that I can see. Of those two, Fairmont and Monaco have 9.0's; while it could be something else, I'd guess those two would be possibilities.

I forgot about the Fairmont. Also didn't realize the HRH was a 4*.

I'll make sure to update if we book this trip. Airfare just jumped today, so things are on hold.
