thereuare Posted June 15, 2016 Report Posted June 15, 2016 Welcome to BetterBidding! So we can replicate your search, please reply with the dates of your stay and we will have a look at this offer. Also, I believe there may be more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you search using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool. If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities (including any accessible amenities) then what you have listed above? (after clicking the green button you can use the provided link to copy/paste the amenities to this post) Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Thanks. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
evanmathew Posted June 16, 2016 Author Report Posted June 16, 2016 Dates are July 2-5. I followed the link to the full amenities: 3* Union Square East San Francisco FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services Thanks! Evan
evanmathew Posted June 16, 2016 Author Report Posted June 16, 2016 Any ideas on the above 3 star hotel? Also wondering about this hotel (again for dates July 2-5): 3.5 star, 95% Hotel details Complimentary Free Internet Amenities Business center Fitness center Pet friendlyRestaurant(s) Smoke-free rooms Accessibility Accessible bathroom roll-in shower Thanks so much for any help! Evan
thereuare Posted June 16, 2016 Report Posted June 16, 2016 Please also include the room rate per nite in your future posts as it makes it easier for us to locate the same hotel among the offers when replicating your search: 3* at $110/nite --> a new amenity set for the Triton, A Kimpton Hotel would be my guess here For the 3.5* at $136/nite i think you will find an additional amenity if you are using the BiddingHelper.com EASY VIEW method indicated above: Free Internet Pet Friendly Smoke Free Fitness Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Bathroom Accessible Roll-in Shower --> common amenities for a 3.5* hotel in this area but the Kensington Park Hotel would be my guess for this one Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know what you decide for this trip and how it goes. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
evanmathew Posted June 16, 2016 Author Report Posted June 16, 2016 Thanks for the info! On the 3* one, I'm a little confused though -- the Hotel Triton isn't a Kimpton hotel is it? You're thinking it would be either the Triton or a Kimpton Hotel, if so which Kimpton hotel do you think? Thanks! Evan
thereuare Posted June 16, 2016 Report Posted June 16, 2016 Up until mid/late last year Kimpton managed the Hotel Triton... i have update the Hotwire Hotel List and remove the 'Kimpton' name from this listing. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
evanmathew Posted June 16, 2016 Author Report Posted June 16, 2016 Thanks for the info. So I was going to book the 3.5* -- went thru your link, but it's a $1 more (which I don't care about) but you also can't select your bed, which I do care about. Is there a way around this to still use your link and get the $15 off? Evan
thereuare Posted June 16, 2016 Report Posted June 16, 2016 You can either use this HOTWIRE link OR in the BiddingHelper.com just use the 'regular' Hotwire tab (on the left)... the BetterBidding discount should still be reflected and you can also choose your bed type. Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board. Good luck and let us know how it goes. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
evanmathew Posted June 16, 2016 Author Report Posted June 16, 2016 Thank you! Ok, 1 more question (that's all, really) -- I see that it's not really much more to get a 4 star. Any guesses on which hotel this might be? 4 star July 2-5 $143/night FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Pet friendly, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower THANK YOU!
thereuare Posted June 16, 2016 Report Posted June 16, 2016 The Sir Francis Drake would be my best guess for the 4* USE HOTWIRE offer above. Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board. Let us know what you decide and how it goes. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
evanmathew Posted June 17, 2016 Author Report Posted June 17, 2016 Sorry, it doesn't seem to let me choose the bed type thru any of your links . .
AaronJB Posted June 17, 2016 Report Posted June 17, 2016 8 minutes ago, evanmathew said: Sorry, it doesn't seem to let me choose the bed type thru any of your links . . Not every listing offers bed type as an option (in fact, on HOTWIRE it unfortunately remains fairly infrequently seen as an option.) Are you seeing bed type as an option on a particular listing varying depending on link used? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
thereuare Posted June 17, 2016 Report Posted June 17, 2016 Try using the BiddingHelper.com and using the 'regular' HOTWIRE tab (the first tab on the left)... if a bed choice is offered for a given listing it will be seen there. Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
