For the first property (4.5* Chicago Magnificent Mile) I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you search using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool.

If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities (including any accessible amenities) then what you have listed above? Using this method, i'm seeing two 4.5* properties both priced at $210/nite but with slightly different amenity sets:

Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Pet Friendly

==> no guess

For the second property listed above (4.5* Chicago Downtown River North) my guess would be The Godfrey Hotel upgraded to the 4.5* level since the last time it was reported to the board.

This is a very nice property in a superb location in River North; plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby.

 

The only note that I have is that I would recommend calling the property to ask for a higher floor to avoid the possibility o noise from the hotel bar on the 4th floor.
